Dawn Paladin

The Paladin of Dawn is the first truly non-human stage of the path. The bearer's body fills with the strength of giants, height increases, and he can accelerate at the speed of a locomotive going at full steam; even after a long battle, endurance seems inexhaustible. The blow of his weapon raises wind. The descendants of Paladins are sometimes born with the gray-blue skin that common giants have.

Along with the body comes light. The Paladin floods the space around him for forty to fifty meters with pure sacred Dawn Light: it dispels illusions, banishes ghosts and shadows, weakens evil spirits, and nullifies concealment — like a witch's invisibility. The same light cleanses mystical taint, reduces radiation, and disrupts electromagnetic fields. In the very domain of Sanctity and Light, however, the Paladin yields to the Servant of Light, and against everything that does not relate to shadows and ghosts, his light is mystically weak.

From Dawn he creates his equipment for himself:

Dawn Armor — silver plate mail, bracers, and a helm that do not restrict movement; damage mends on its own, but stamina is spent in doing so;

Dawn Sword — a two-handed blade glowing with the dawn, each blow of which carries purification; when necessary, Dawn condenses into other weapons — a heavy axe, a single-use spear;

Light Hurricane — the most powerful technique: the sword is thrust into the ground and broken, and the shards of dawn turn into a cutting whirlwind that destroys unclean forces, dispels ghosts, and gravely wounds evil spirits.

For such power one must pay with time: after the Light Hurricane, the Dawn Sword cannot be reassembled for some time, and for a new whirlwind the Paladin needs no less than two minutes of respite. All combat skills of previous stages at this level undergo a qualitative leap.
