Pallbearer

Pallbearer

Highest step

Coffin Bearer — the stage where the path of life turns toward death, and this turn is entirely natural: the earth that gives birth is the same one that receives.

The bearer's abilities lie in the domains of Death and Earth and signify the return of the living to the earth as a way of dying. As a Beyond of the third stage, he responds to prayers within a certain radius.

The advancement ritual is one of the most peculiar in mysticism and allows for two performances:

to personally bury a Beyond of the third Sequence of the path of Darkness, Death, or Giant, having seen his entire path from birth to death and return to the earth;

or to bury a mythical creature of one of these three paths — then observing its birth and death is not required.

The choice of paths here is not accidental: Darkness, Death, and Giant are neighboring branches, and the Coffin Bearer literally returns their bearers to where everything originates.

The composition, besides parts of a dark ancient and an elder of the harvest giants, includes a piece of rotten board from a coffin from a grave and food already used for sacrifice — a bouquet of flowers is suitable instead of it.
