Sun (Sequence 0)

The Sun is the apex of the path. Its symbolism is the Inextinguishable Light, and this alone makes its bearer extremely tenacious: destroying it completely is exceedingly difficult, and even when erased, it is capable of returning. By the same path, the Omnipotent and the Omniscient also return more easily.

There are four authorities, and the first is Light: where there is light, there it is, illuminating and destroying everything. This is also the essence of energy, the cornerstone of the energy of the Omnipotent and the Omniscient.

The second is Order, and it differs markedly from the order of the Black Emperor: that of the Sun is active, focused on itself and intolerant of the foreign, and it must grow out of the former codex of the principles of justice. From here too comes authority over contracts. A curious trait: the path of the Sun establishes order invariably through language — spoken or written.

The third is Holiness: all that disagrees is purified and dispersed, and every holy act is amplified to the limit of the possible. From holiness grows faith — the purification of body and mind, the worship of others and of oneself. This power holds death firmly in check.

The fourth is the Sun proper, a junior authority born of the union of Holiness and Light:

a newborn sun in the Astral realm the Sun turns into a blazing golden sphere, terrifying in its might, with a pure and sacred burning surface;

in any domain it is able to ignite a blazing luminary, substituting night for day, whereupon all shadows and other influences swiftly disperse.

The ritual of ascent and its composition are worthy of it: into the potion goes the very notion of the Sun from the Astral realm, and one must drink it either in darkness, which is the limit of all that exists, or in the all-encompassing color of the Chaos Sea.
