Step of God

The Seer is the pinnacle of the path, grown from a simple ability to observe people from the outside. From the Watcher, who read others' gestures in the ballroom, to one who sets the direction of an entire era, the whole journey is about one thing: understanding another's mind well enough that it begins to move where it needs to go.
The main authority of the pinnacle is Imagination, the turning of fiction into reality, and in the Seer's performance it sounds almost mockingly simple: whatever he imagines will become reality.
The Divine Kingdom he imagines will descend into the material world;
the future he proclaims will play out and become the present;
with sufficient understanding of the necessary concepts he is in a sense omnipotent — but this omnipotence is powerless against that which erases illusions and pierces fiction straight through;
the matter concerns not only reason and perception, but also the Astral world, where concepts and symbols converge: the Seer is able to split two otherworldly characteristics of the first step and replace them with imagined ones, retaining his own rank and might.
The symbolism from which this power grows is the Creator: one who creates what exists and the very concepts by force of imagination, and the authority of Omnipotence under the symbolism of Omniscience and Omnipotence.
The second authority is Reason. The Seer lords over the whole world of the mind: over the separate islands of consciousness and over the Sea of collective subconsciousness. He is able to roll back another's mind to an infantile state, taking away all memories, including subconscious ones, and at the same time awaken the full depth of cognition buried in the soul and mind of the target. And he can also, through the Sea of collective subconsciousness, pour into a being a bad feeling at the decisive moment of its advancement ritual: then the loss of control becomes inevitable.
The ritual of ascension shows the scale more clearly than any authority: the development of the times must coincide with the expectations of the ascending one, and the potion is taken at a certain point in this movement. Not to subjugate the era by force, but to guess and guide it so that it itself comes to where it is expected.
The canon gives no separate description of the potion and its composition for the zero step — as with most pinnacles, the matter is not settled by a recipe here.
The canon does not give the composition of Sequence 0: the summit of this path is reached not by a recipe, but by the coincidence of one's own designs with the course of times.
