The Winner — the middle of the path and its first step with an advancement ritual. Here the bearer finally begins to manage luck, not just receive it.
Foresight — keen intuition, making him an expert in divination and countering others' divination;
Curse of Misfortune — he casts limited bad luck on an enemy: from misses to landing in a dangerous situation;
Passive luck — to some extent the Winner already controls his own fortune;
Storm of the Mind — spreading his arms, he releases invisible waves from himself, and a pure storm of the mind covers all spiritual bodies nearby, bringing heavy drowsiness and a sense of doom.
The advancement ritual to this step is among the most agonizing precisely for its ordinariness: to remain in bad luck for a whole month, without a single instance of luck.
For a path whose whole essence is luck, this sounds almost mocking — and that is the point: to gain power over luck, one must first live a month without it.
Its composition, among other things, includes luck taken from another person — the first position on this path where the material becomes someone else's fortune.
