Mentor of the Astral World — briefly and within limited bounds he governs the concepts of the Astral World so as to render another's action meaningless, cause an error in it, or, on the contrary, strengthen its consequences.
The ritual of advancement to this step is a rarest case when the ascendant is required to undergo controlled madness: briefly enter a semi-chaotic state while preserving the core consciousness and reasonableness, and in such a form take the potion. The canon does not list the methods in full, but names the influence of Chaos from the Demoness and the corruption of the Sea of Chaos.
The composition, meanwhile, is assembled from the blood of the neighbors at the summits: a hundred milliliters of the blood of the Dark Angel, the God of Thunder, the Author, and the White Angel — and the canon adds that all of them can be replaced with something of higher quality.
The potion is described as a brass liquid, furiously twisted into a funnel resembling a gigantic eye, and the characteristic as a huge brass eye in which a ghostly White Tower is reflected, as if built from countless books.
