Apocalypse

Apocalypse

Highest level

Apocalypse — the penultimate stage, and its authority grows out of everything the path gathered before.

Mirror World — the bearer directly uses its power and properties and is able to rapidly swap reality and its mirror reflection;

Apocalypse — the highest form of Catastrophe, which is itself subject to Chaos;

Illness — a share of this power: it commands not only mystical pathogens but all causes of diseases in general;

dark magic reaches the level of a witch of archangel rank;

and with the assistance of the Great Ancient, the length of her life is measured in hundreds of thousands of years.

Separately, the canon explains why Pleasure also belongs to this stage, and this explanation is the most capacious in the entire path: the highest pleasure that drives a person to indulge in it without measure is a part of ultimate charm, and the extreme emptiness and pain that follow it make this charm all the more irresistible. To weep in pleasure, to rise in pleasure, to die in pleasure — is this not a kind of apocalypse?

The rite of advancement allows several equally valid paths — all of them tied to the end of times.

The composition to match: a piece of utterly lifeless darkness, eighty-one people obsessed with themselves, a personally created continuing end of the world, and sixty milliliters of the Weather Wizard's blood.
