Step of God

The summit of the path is the step that gives it its name. In the original it is called Justiciar, 审判者, "executor of judgment," and this is not the same as Arbiter, 仲裁人, from the ninth step: one means an intermediary arbitrator, the other — one who passes a sentence.
It has two authorities, and they cover everything the path has been heading toward:
Order — this very power and the powers subordinate to it over Rules, Laws, and Principles;
Judgment — anyone who has violated Order may be judged.
The canon separately distinguishes here concepts that are easy to conflate in Russian: established laws, the principles by which existence is arranged, and laws as immutable regularities. The summit of the path commands all three.
The ritual of ascension joins both sides of the path — rule and sentence: to conduct a sufficiently just trial over a serious matter touching a true god, in accordance with the rules you yourself previously established, to ensure that the sentence is actually carried out — and only then to take the potion.
Of the composition, the canon names one position, and it is fitting: another world whose original rules are entirely replaced by your own order.
The potion is described as a spherical ghostly world held by giant brass pillars — the very ones that were the mythical form at the fourth and second steps.
There is no main ingredient for Sequence 0: the canon names one component, and it is a whole world.
A different world whose original rules are completely replaced by its own order of the ascending
