The Knight of Misfortune is the penultimate stage, and it lives up to its name literally: the bearer's strength, agility, constitution, and speed match those of an archangel-level knight.
The first authority is Misfortune, a share of Darkness's power over calamity. Its focus leans toward bad luck, but if desired, the misfortune can be expanded to a state-wide scale. It is also important that the Knight can inflict it even on the Otherworldly Wheels of Fortune, Eternal Era, and Eternal Decree of its own level — that is, on those who themselves work with luck and fate.
The second is a share of power over Darkness itself, and here the stage has a trait that makes it nearly unkillable:
Servant of Darkness — in the dark night it is almost impossible to truly kill the Knight: no matter how many times it dies, it returns from the darkness;
resistance to darkness — strikes tied to Darkness weaken noticeably against it, much like how it works for the Demoness with her dark magic.
Previous abilities reach a new level: the Sword of Darkness now carries eternal peace, despair, and destruction, and over spirits — natural and dead — the Knight not only commands but also lulls them to sleep.
The potion's composition at this stage ceases to be hunting-like and becomes symbolic: a "blessing of fate" written on paper, the breath of the Afterworld or the Twilight Kingdom, and six hundred milliliters of the Knight's own blood shed from a serious wound.
