Deception Mentor is a stage at which fraud ceases to concern people and shifts to the rules themselves. His authority is lesser Deception: what the Trickster did to others' perception, the Mentor does to abstract concepts and the laws of reality. One can deceive not a person anymore, but the state of affairs.
Previous skills also grow: Superb observation directly points out the target's weaknesses to him, which he immediately exploits; Theft grows stronger, though not dramatically; theft of heavenly secrets in battle allows him, through spells and preparations, to steal blessings and gain the powers of the corresponding true deities; and most importantly — the Mentor masters the creation of doubles.
His mythic form manifests more distinctly: his Worms of Time gain transparent rings with many voluminous patterns, as if time itself flows through them. As an Otherworldly of the third stage, he hears prayers within a certain radius.
The advancement ritual is exemplary for this path: to topple order without using force.
