Tutor of Disorder is the middle of the path and the first step that cannot be climbed without a promotion ritual. Here the Black Emperor stops undermining the order of others and begins to establish his own — or rather, the absence of any order at all.
Disorder acts on a target or on all the space around. It is hard to land a hit on the Tutor: blows seem to miss on their own. Enemies "choose" the wrong decisions, as if of their own free will. He is able to disturb even the measures of distance, so that the opponent misses not because they aim poorly, but because the distance has ceased to be reliable. In tandem with Distortion, the same Disorder pulls its bearer out of another's control and unfavorable positions.
The second ability — Imperious presence: the Tutor shows such grandeur that those around him want to bow and carry out any of his orders.
The Distortion received by the Baron of Corruption also grows. Now it warps not only words, deeds and intentions, but the very notions of self and purpose: curses, illnesses and other misfortunes begin to be shared equally between the two.
The promotion ritual suits the deed: the city must pass under the bearer's authority, and its crime rate must grow more than tenfold.
