Master of Mysticism is the middle of the path and its first step with an advancement ritual.
The bearer wields a great variety of rare and peculiar mystical arts and even invents their own — strange but effective spells. The canon clarifies an important point: mystical arts are born from the analysis of beginnings, that is, they grow directly out of the Analysis obtained by the Erudite. The path of the Apprentice does not borrow power; it derives it from understanding.
The advancement ritual at this step is unusual in that it requires not a feat, but work with people: to teach at least fifty erudites.
The canon also explains the fork: one path is to become a comprehensive erudite, the other is to delve into those areas of knowledge to which the Beyonders you have taught belong. That is, which Master you become depends on whom exactly you teach.
The composition includes, among other things, a mystical spell conceived and tested but not yet created, and someone else's records of a spell — at least a copy, whether from a sorcerer, a witch, or another erudite of the same path.
