Paragon — the summit of the path, and its authority mirrors the Hermit: where the latter embodies mystical knowledge, the former embodies knowledge of the actual world.
Knowledge, also known as Information — from this symbolism the Paragon holds a share of power leaning toward actuality;
Knowledge of actuality — he possesses all knowledge revealed in the present world, and to some degree is able to alter it;
Civilization — the rise and fall of civilizations, their weight and the vast knowledge they have accumulated;
Beginnings — a share of power over them, likewise leaning toward actuality;
Teaching — a share of power to bestow knowledge upon others;
and subordinate to him remain Doctrine, Creation, and Analysis;
Mentor of the Spirit World — there all manner of information converges, and information is knowledge.
His Divine Kingdom is called the Mechanical Heavens, or the Graveyard of Civilizations, the Land of Perfection — and this is perhaps the most accurate description of the entire path.
The ritual of ascension is stretched across an entire epoch: to nurture a civilization and with one's own eyes see and record its entire course — from enlightenment through development and flourishing to decline, ruin, or replacement by another.
Of its components, the canon names one position: knowledge extracted from the aura or remains of the Great Ancients.
