The Sage is an angelic step, and its powers finally touch the most mystical knowledge itself as a phenomenon.
Mystical knowledge — the bearer holds some measure of power over it, and with it the subordinate powers of Removal and Editing;
Teaching — a small power over it as well;
Peeking at a secret strengthens his prophecies.
Removal and Editing are worth pondering. This is the power not merely to know, but to remove knowledge and rewrite it — that is, to decide what exactly will be known to others.
The mythic form is completed and turns out to match: a serpent of information or an eyeball consisting of countless cold eyes without eyelashes, covering the entire body.
The advancement ritual is brief and noble against the backdrop of the rest of the path: to prevent a calamity in which a force of a higher level is involved.
