Together with the potion come new insights into mysticism and into mechanics — a combination that defines the entire path;
Recall — the core of the step: Savant calls to memory any knowledge and any experience it has ever seen.
Perfect memory seems a modest acquisition next to the enchantments and combat might of neighboring paths, but it is precisely on it that the entire further branch rests. The Appraiser, the Artificer, the Alchemist, and the Master of Knowledge all rely on the ability to hold a vast volume of heterogeneous information in one's head and produce it at the right moment.
The Path of Paragon stands alongside the Path of the Hermit and forms a mirror pair with it: the Hermit works with mystical knowledge, Paragon works with knowledge of the actual world, with craft and civilization. They end differently, but begin the same: with a person who knows a very great deal.
The ingredients include the cerebral core of a mountain yeti and the crystalline substance of a library shadow spirit, while the auxiliary part requires an ordinary textbook — the simplest one, for basic education.
