The mythic form is completed and becomes the Mercury Serpent.
The advancement ritual is telling: look into the River of Fate, take from it an important revelation concerning at least one state, and ensure that this revelation comes true exactly as you "saw" it.
The composition requirement is equally strict: an important prophecy that has come true, moreover recorded on stone or paper before it came to pass. A word spoken after the fact is not suitable here.
