Trinity Templar is a stage whose very design differs from everything that came before: the bearer ceases to be a single person. He embodies the sacred meaning of the "Holy Trinity" and signifies division — both in personality and in abilities. The new skill follows directly from this: the Shadow Substitute takes damage instead of the main body. He also gains the first manifestations of the powers of Flesh and Blood, subordinate to the authority of Mutation, while the Harvest of spiritual flesh and the previous abilities grow. As an Otherworldly of the third stage, he hears prayers within a certain radius and answers them. The advancement ritual is one of the most dangerous to the mind in all of mysticism: through various means, to induce in oneself a controlled personality split without losing control in the process. And right there the canon makes a caveat that dashes many ascensions: if a personality split has already arisen at previous Sequences, advancement will lead to immediate loss of control. That is, the path that for years pushed the bearer toward madness at the third stage requires the madness to be strictly dosed and to arrive precisely now.
