Dunn Smith

Dunn Smith is the captain of the Tingen Nighthawks squad, the Nightmare of the Dark Path, and the man who took into the squad a frightened history student named Klein Moretti.

Dunn is a rare case of a commander whom subordinates love more than fear: calm, slightly ironic, always ready to stand between a rookie and the darkness. He taught Klein the Nighthawk's main craft — to survive and remain human.

Captain Smith fought his last battle defending Tingen. For Klein, his death became the first real loss — and one of the reasons why Mr. Fool never abandons his own.
