Abomination

Abomination

Highest step

The Abomination is the penultimate step, and its ritual is arranged in such a way that it is dangerous in and of itself: to receive the blessing of a true god — at the very least, the blessing of an awakened Uniqueness or a King of Angels who has contained a Uniqueness.

The canon outright calls this a highly dangerous affair, and it is clear why: a path whose entire essence lies in restraint and curse asks for a blessing from one who can crush the supplicant with a single glance.

The composition is assembled from consequences: nine kinds of curses and defilements that the Abomination inflicted upon its surroundings, the corpse of a child of a true god, nine hundred milliliters of blood from a fallen supernatural being, and an object from a destroyed or corrupted Divine Kingdom.

The potion is described as a revolting ball of pitch-black slime, and its characteristic as a strange treelike humanoid object covered in black slime. Not a hint of grandeur: the Prisoner path is honest to the very end about what it does to its bearer.
