Hypnotist

The Hypnotist is a stage where a hint becomes a command. The bearer's strength and agility surpass ordinary human ones, and on top of that, he covers his skin with a layer of dragon scales that noticeably dampens bodily damage — the first hint that the mythical form of this path is draconic.

The psychological hint of the previous stage undergoes a qualitative leap and turns into Hypnosis, which has two uses:

out of battle — the Hypnotist makes the target focus on something, thereby opening the door into its body of heart and mind and directly changing its consciousness and subconsciousness;

in battle — he hypnotizes the enemy by force, forcing it to do what is uncharacteristic: for example, attack its own comrades or, on the contrary, go around the Hypnotist himself.

The second new ability is psychological invisibility. By controlling the target's body of heart and mind, the bearer remains in the blind spot of its consciousness. Spiritual vision will not help here: the target simply does not perceive his presence. Even the Hunter's danger intuition will not work — until the Hypnotist is about to strike.

A comparison from the canon is telling: Hiding in the Shadow of the Shadow Ascetic sometimes still evokes in the victim the sensation of a stranger's gaze from the darkness, while psychological invisibility evokes nothing.

For the first time on this path, the potion's composition relies on the mind dragon — the creature to which the path leads.
