Blessed by Wind is the stage at which the Tyrant's path first leaves the deck. The wind becomes an extension of the bearer's body, and it has many applications:
squalls burst from the body, creating pressure waves, while a hurricane howls around the bearer;
Gliding — he soars through the air even where flight is forbidden by the Judge;
wind under the feet more than doubles running speed;
Wind Blades — invisible cutting blades that strike from afar;
a short flight — brief and low, but genuine;
wind coiled around the arms makes blows penetrating;
an object can be caught up in a gust and caught in the palm;
with the wind he also eavesdrops on conversations hidden from him;
air cushions dampen damage from impacts;
Soaring Wind — the bearer simply hovers in the air.
Aside from wind, the stage also grants some dominion over water, submersion to a hundred meters, the ability to stay afloat without sinking, and night vision.
The method of action here is rare in its formulation: it requires not deeds, but temperament. To become like the wind — including being quick-tempered from time to time. That is, the bearer is obliged to allow himself sharpness: an even-tempered and restrained person will digest this potion poorly.
